 | Conflict Counseling: Christians are | |
| called to try to reconcile with each other personally. To assist you in preparation for this, a conciliator, like a coach from the sidelines, will counsel one of the parties to a dispute so you can make peace with each other. |
| Mediation: If you cannot reconcile with | |
| each other on your own, a conciliator can facilitate your reconciliation through non- binding mediation. |
| Arbitration: If you still cannot reconcile | |
| through mediation, a conciliator can serve as an arbitrator to make a legally-binding decision for you. |
| Seminars: If your Church is new to | |
| peacemaking, I can lead a seminar for you and your leaders, so that you will be prepared to equip the saints to reconcile with each other in a God-honoring way, and as such be good witnesses to the world of God's saving grace. |
| Counseling: If you are a survivor of | |
| sexual abuse or are otherwise in need of very sensitive and compassionate care, I can help you. While I am not a licensed therapist, I can help you find a biblical counselor. And when you're ready, I can counsel you and all other affected parties to prepare to enter into conciliation. |
